Book a consultation

Reserve a call through Google Calendar and pay the consultation deposit.

Complete the intake

The booking flow collects the background information needed to understand your goals, training history, and current situation.

Talk through fit and strategy

The consultation is used to understand your pain points, goals, constraints, and whether coaching is the right fit.

Onboard and build the plan

If accepted, you complete payment, the required onboarding questionnaire, and the liability waiver before program delivery begins.

Execute with weekly support

You receive weekly check-ins, messaging support, technique assessment, and ongoing updates based on your progress.

Strategy and oversight, not day-to-day coaching

Dylan started bodybuilding at 12 and turned a lifelong obsession with the process into a more intelligent, responsible approach to the sport. A difficult early experience with a coach showed him how much an athlete entrusts to a coach: their physique, their goals, and their long-term health. That became the standard behind Augmented Performance. As a competitor, he won his class and the overall title at the 2022 Dennis James Classic. As a coach, he has helped athletes earn 3 class wins, 1 overall title, and an IFBB Pro Card. He oversees operations and contributes to strategic contest prep decisions across the team.

Jordan Matthew

Head Coach

Jordan is a registered nurse in California, currently pursuing a master's to practice as a family nurse practitioner. He has spent close to a decade studying nutrition, hypertrophy training, and pharmacology, both formally and informally, shaped early by voices like John Meadows, Stan Efferding, and 3DMJ. His time in the inpatient setting deepened his focus on the metabolic roots of health, and his coaching reflects it: evidence-driven, individualized, and built for adherence. Whether the goal is off-season hypertrophy, contest prep, or fat loss, he builds plans clients can actually stick to.
